Practicing our long (duration and distance) down-stays.

Fifteen minutes, that’s impressive, especially using play to build it back in. That kind of duration under drive really says a lot about the bond and clarity you’ve built. Stretching the breaks like that is such a powerful way to cap arousal and teach patience. You can almost see them processing it, “I want to go, but I know I’ve got to wait.”

Also, love that you’re revisiting foundations instead of just pushing forward. That’s usually where the biggest leaps happen. Bomber’s looking locked.

Fifteen minutes? My dog would’ve filed a complaint with HR by minute three. Sideways or not, that’s some serious discipline!
15 minutes is a lot for him. He did lay on his side at one point LOL but I'm not going to compete with him so I'm not too worried about what the down looks like. My goals are clarity, understanding and good emotions. 🤘
