Many service dog handlers are sometimes hesitant to take their dogs in public because of unwanted attention. However, you can teach "body blocking" so the dog forces people to give you space in a crowd for things like anxiety and agoraphobia.

Murphy attracts a lot of attention when out, but only true large dog lovers ever approach us. Everyone else gives a wide berth.
