Did you know that German Shepherds have a long history in the film? Check out these cool facts about Rin Tin Tin, Inspector Rex, and Ace the Bat Hound.
There is so much information about these amazing dogs, and if you haven't seen these good boys in action, I highly recommend you check them out!

Fun Fact: Rin Tin Tin had many sons who also tried to go into acting (but none of them held a candle to their dad). There are breeders who assert they are selling Rin Tin Tin descendent puppies to this day.

Also, I know that Chase from Paw Patrol exists. No, I am not going to make a post for him lol.

Super cool. I had no idea Rin Tin Tin was a dog. Thought it was just a clever name that rhymed. 😂 But this makes even more sense.

The only one I am familiar with is Rex and it's not from this Rex. There's a show filmed relatively locally called Hudson and Rex, which is clearly a spin-off of the one you mentioned.

Yup. Hudson and Rex is the American version of Commissioner Rex!

Actually, I wrote this post because when I saw Rex for the first time, it got me thinking about famous GSDs, so I decided to write about it!
