As my sweet baby angel approaches for second birthday I find myself missing her puppy days. As challenging, mentally draining, and as downright hard as it was I sincerely miss it. I now think back on the witching hour and smile. I'm so proud of the both of us. Hard work certainly pays off with this breed as I see her mature into the perfect girl. She is such a happy dog now that she knows her place in the world. Her confidence is sky high, our bond is strong, and love is deep. Her birthday is on thanksgiving. A perfect tribute to how thankful I am for her. She brightens my days warms my nights and makes me smile ear to ear. I intend to spoil her again this year. A bone shaped cake in the oven and lots of presents to unwrap. I hope she knows how much she means to me and how much I love and adore her. I hope she knows what a good girl she is (she should, I tell her all the time). My sweet little puppy is all grown up. Kind of makes me tear up a bit. 1000003340.jpg

Puppy days are the best! My girl is approaching 11 and I look back fondly on that time when everything was new there was much to explore, figuring out who she is, and building a solid foundation that makes life easier later on.
