Concerns Pedigree Navigation Issues

Central Coast German Shepherds is where I'm getting my dog from. Even after all my research already paid for deposit first in line. Visited the breeder, long fences, for dogs to run around. To prevent fence fighting, I was only able to pet the one male for few seconds. However, I asked today for pedigree, health and hips. She texts absolutely, then shoots me an email on the website. Prior around January 9th when I asked, she went straight to talking about DNA testing. I'm having difficulty navigating through Yuri's pedigree. Goes straight to some Yuri's sire pedigree.

To prevent fence fighting?!! What the hell?!!
No way on earth would I buy from a breeder like that.
You should be able to spend time with the pups, see them with the dam, see what the environment is like where they are being reared, etc.
You should be able to visit whenever you want and as much as you want prior to collecting your pup.
