Hi everyone! I spent a lot of time in GSD forums before getting my first GSD, but wow have I learnt so much since then and there is so much I'd change looking back.

My girl is almost 3 years old and has been through quite a lot. A THR at 2 years old and gut issues that probably worsened her reactivity.

Aside from the struggles, she's been a lot of fun and is a very smart girl. I'm excited to see everyone's pups!

Hey Oink! It's so good to see you and Kylee around. Welcome!! I don't think I've seen pictures of her since she was under a year. She's matured nicely!

Thanks Andre! Yes she continues to get compliments and also disbelief that she's full grown being about 21-22" at the withers

Does she get that from one of her parents?

Yes the sire and the grandsire often produce smaller females, which is what I was looking for initially :) so at least I got that!

Welcome! Sounds like your girl’s been through a lot but came out wiser than most of us. Glad to have you both here, can’t wait to see her and hear more about your adventures together.

Is Bond a small male?
I never met him but I think he was between 80-85lbs? Now I'm unsure if it was more the dam's influence haha. Grandsire + dam and sire + dam both produced girls on average <60lbs

Welcome! Sounds like you and your girl have already been through so much together, she’s lucky to have someone so dedicated. She sounds like such a strong, smart girl.

Welcome! Sounds like you’ve been through quite a journey with her already she’s lucky to have someone so tuned in to her needs. THR and gut issues are no small thing, especially for a young dog, but it’s great to hear she’s still full of spirit and brains. Can’t wait to hear more about your progress together, you’ve clearly put in a lot of heart.
