Have you ever watched a social media video of a dog doing a trick or behavior and wonder how they did it?
A lot of social media videos are just well trained gods following cues. Lets go over potential training methods.
Non-Verbal Cues
Many people are familiar with hand signals. However, there are many different kinds of signals to your dog simply with body langue. Dogs are very in tune with body language, and when your dog has intense focus, it would be really easy to hold a camera still and preform tricks.
Example:
I have trained Murphy to do a "down" when i move my eyes to the floor. This can be applicable to any trick.

- Telling your dog to bark wildly, and then signaling no bark after you say some silly phrase.
- Training your dog to bare their teeth
